  • Looking for replacement parts? To ensure precision pairing, please check the original manufacturer exploded view sheet for your specific model chassis before emailing, or include your vehicle model number in your message so we can verify fitment quickly.
  • Tracking a package? Automated tracking links are dispatched to your email the moment a label is generated. If your cart included LiPo batteries or nitro fuel, please note that your delivery automatically routes via ground transportation due to federal safety regulations, which may add 2–4 transit days.
  • Modifying an open order? Because our warehouse processes orders dynamically, address changes or item cancellations must be submitted via email within 30 minutes of order placement.
