Welcome to Apex RC (accessible via apexrc.shop). We are dedicated to delivering your high-performance RC vehicles, upgrades, and replacement parts quickly and safely. Because of the technical nature of our inventory—specifically regarding high-capacity batteries and pressurized specialized fluids—our shipping practices comply strictly with federal transportation guidelines.


1. Order Processing Timelines

  • Standard Fulfillment: All in-stock orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and standard US holidays).
  • Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will enter processing on the following business day.
  • Tracking Updates: Once your package is scanned by our carrier, an automated notification containing your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking portals to update.

2. Domestic Shipping Options & Rates

We utilize reliable domestic carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination zip code.

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched.
  • Expedited Shipping (Restrictions Apply): Delivery within 2–3 business days via air services.

3. Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Shipping Restrictions

CRITICAL NOTICE FOR LIPO BATTERIES & CHEMICALS: Our catalog includes items classified as hazardous materials by the US Department of Transportation (DOT). This includes Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries, Nitro fuel, specific shock/differential oils, and specialized polycarbonate aerosol spray paints.

  • Ground Transportation Only: Any order containing a LiPo battery or nitro chemical cannot be shipped via air freight services (such as Overnight, Next-Day Air, or 2-Day Air).
  • Automatic Checkout Adjustment: If a restricted item is present in your shopping cart, your shipping selection will automatically default to compliant Ground-Only Shipping.
  • Delivery Extension: Please allow an additional 2–4 business days for delivery of HAZMAT ground shipments due to specialized carrier routing.

4. Delivery Zones & International Shipments

  • Contiguous United States: We ship our entire product catalog to all states within the lower 48.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: We can ship non-restricted products (plastics, carbon fiber parts, tires, wheels) to these zones. However, we cannot ship LiPo batteries or nitro fluids to AK, HI, or US territories due to mandatory overseas air freight limitations.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not support international checkout or shipping outside of the United States.

5. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Please review your shipping address meticulously before finalizing your transaction. We are unable to alter delivery addresses once a package has left our logistics facility.

  • If a package is returned to our facility as "Undeliverable" or due to an "Insufficient Address" provided by the customer, the order will be processed as a standard return. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from your final refund balance.

6. Shipping Damage or Lost Transits

We pack all technical components with protective buffering to withstand transit forces. However, if your items are compromised during delivery:

  • Reporting Window: Damaged shipments must be reported to our support desk within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
  • Required Evidence: Email clear photographs of the unboxing state, focusing on both the damaged exterior delivery box and the compromised product packaging to sales@apexrc.shop. Do not discard any packaging materials until our claim investigation is finalized.
