2. Assumption of Risk & Operational Liability

Remote-controlled (RC) vehicles, electronic speed controllers, and high-performance brushless systems are specialized hobby equipment and are not toys. These items are capable of reaching high speeds, carrying significant mass, and causing severe bodily injury, property damage, or harm if operated negligently, improperly, or without adequate supervision.

By purchasing any product from Apex RC, the user explicitly assumes all operational risks associated with its assembly, maintenance, testing, and field use.
Apex RC, its owners, and its employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use, misuse, modification, or field operation of any vehicle, electronic component, or accessory purchased from our store.
It is the consumer's sole responsibility to comply with all regional, state, and federal laws regarding the operation of radio-controlled aircraft, surface vehicles, or watercraft in public spaces.

3. Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Battery Warning Disclaimer

Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries are highly volatile and pose a strict risk of fire, explosion, or chemical burns if mishandled, overcharged, improperly discharged, or structurally compromised.

Apex RC sells LiPo batteries under the explicit condition that the buyer understands the precise charging mechanics, safe storage regulations (use of fireproof LiPo bags), and voltage limits required for their upkeep.
We assume no legal liability for property damage or personal injuries resulting from thermal runaway, structural battery punctures, aftermarket soldering modifications, or improper charger settings implemented by the user.

4. Limitation of Warranty & Technical Advice

The information, compatibility charts, technical suggestions, and support recommendations provided on this Site or via email communications from our support desk are for general guidance only.

While we make every effort to verify manufacturing part numbers and chassis fitment information, we do not warrant that product descriptions or technical advice are free of typographical errors or omissions.
All mechanical modifications or installations attempted by the buyer based on guidance from this Site are performed entirely at the buyer's own risk.
